Crosshill Farms is a subdivision near Wanaka. K2Vi was very powerful in both the design process and in the hearing process for planning consent. |

K2Vi was used to produce an interactive 3D model of the proposed East Taupo Bypass.
The model was used to show the route from any required viewpoint. An extra benefit from this model was the significant design insight that this 3D model gave. |

A 3D model of Orakei Marina in Auckland was produced for the consultation process and for use in the Environment Court.
The model was used to show the visual impact of the proposed marina from individual residences. In the event, the objectors withdrew and the marina construction began. |

Parawera is a subdivision near Acacia Bay on Lake Taupo. The K2Vi model was used extensively for public consultation and for the consent hearing. The consent application was succesful and the model was also used for marketing purposes. |
